Many of our clients come from Aurora, Thornhill, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and surrounding areas seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional wellbeing.

We offer in-person psychotherapy services in Aurora and Thornhill, with virtual therapy available across Ontario. Our practice supports individuals, couples, and families in English and Farsi.
